get to know the founder
I'm Charlotte - the owner, and founder of Farbridge - and I am an adventurous Dutch living in the beautiful Netherlands, and I’m excited to tell you a bit more about how and why I started Farbridge Virtual Business Solutions!
In 2018 - after working for ten years in the Netherlands in administration, customer service, and sales - I decided to follow my heart and I moved to Kenya. Here I landed my first remote job in customer service for a Bahamian company. Soon after that, I landed a second job in customer service for an American company. As I got the opportunity to grow within the second company, I discovered my love for numbers, processes, and Google Sheets, and I learned all the ins and outs of operations management. Within a couple of years, I was handling the full operational side of the business with a touch of analytics on the side.
In a market with many virtual assistant businesses that primarily focus on administration and organizational tasks, Farbridge Virtual Business Solutions has taken the standard to the next level by adding remote sales, and operational and analytical services.
